Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know that Thereforejohn Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer doesn't satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
